Our pause feature is designed to give you maximum flexibility. Here's how it works. Need a break? Pause your subscription with a single click and resume when you have more requests ready.

Your time is preserved: We'll track any unused days so you don't lose out. When you resume, your remaining service time will be waiting for you.

Billing cycles are based on a 30 day period. If you subscribe for 30 days, use the service for 20 days, then pause, you'll have 10 days of service ready for whenever you need it next.

On average, most requests are completed in just four days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer. While it may be difficult to estimate how longer a complex request will take, Product Delights can guarantee that you will get a steady stream of updates and progress from us. 

Each week we will deliver something of value to you. Larger issues will be split and delivered progressively to improve communication and collaboration, and to make sure you are getting consistent value out of our relationship.
